Voltaware have developed a sensor which uses NILM technology to measure electricity usage in real time. Using machine learning and our disaggregation algorithm, the sensor continually learns appliance-level energy consumption information. This information is sent to the Voltaware app where end-users can understand what, where and when they are using their energy. The sensor and app are both unique to Voltaware and offer a low-cost and innovative solution to managing and reducing energy use.
