I want Volla Games to be a company where people have the freedom to do their best work. We’re building something from the ground up, so there’s no rigid corporate structure or endless layers of management - if you have a good idea, I want you to have the freedom to run with it. We’re laid-back, but that doesn’t mean we lack ambition. I’m looking for people who are creative, motivated and genuinely want to make an impact. The people who join Volla Games will have a huge amount of autonomy in their role, with the opportunity to shape how we grow rather than simply being given a list of tasks to complete.
