VoiceValet's mission is to make every customer interaction as good as the service behind it.

Every day, service companies lose jobs they already earned. Not because of their work, but because the experience of reaching them didn't match the quality of delivering for them. We built VoiceValet to close that gap.

VoiceValet was founded in 2025 by Aidan Mattrick and Graham Lee, two founders who have spent their careers at the intersection of AI, field service software, and customer experience, and kept running into the same problem.

The tools to run a great service business existed. The tools to communicate like one, across calls, texts, and chat, at any hour, at any scale - didn't. Human answering services were expensive and inconsistent. Generic AI bots were brittle and off-brand. And nothing connected deeply enough to the platforms service businesses already used to actually be useful in the moment a customer called.

So we built it.

We are a team that has worked at the intersection of AI, service operations, and enterprise software, bringing experience from Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Poolside, Vonigo, and Fullsteam across AI infrastructure, field service software, data science, payments, and product development.

We're building toward a future where service businesses of any size have access to the same quality of communication infrastructure as the largest companies in the world, where a single-location operator sounds as professional as a national brand, and where a 200-location franchise system scales its calling capacity without scaling its headcount.
