Voat careers

Voat is a global meeting place to share, vote on and discuss any type of content.

Our aim is to revolutionize the web 2.0 industry by introducing user compensation!
In times of widespread low-quality discussions, we want to radically change the way incentives are set.

Users have the possibility to monetize their whole user profile and get compensated monetarily by Voat according to the quantity and quality of the content submitted. A fixed percentage of total ad revenue will be shared among users, the individual shares being determined by all users democratically.

Anybody with audience, be it a model photographer or a journalist, will have the opportunity to create a household-profitable business by sharing their content (audio, video, text, links, etc,) on Voat.

On top of being the first platform to offer user compensation as an integrated concept for all user behaviour on the site, we offer market-leading standards in functionality and visual attractiveness of the site.
