An app to empower patients, to better care themselves and live happier lives, while avoiding complications through i) education (on their condition), ii) build expertise, and iii) teamwork (by creating a healthcare ecosystem around patient). Patient engagement is supported on a loyalty program, where patients earn VITia Points redeemable for products or services of partners in our health ecosystem; pharmacy, biological lab, caregiver agencies and others, or can be exchanged for vouchers for department stores, coffee shops, etc.
Both pharmaceutical companies (pharma) & payors (our customers) want to increase treatment compliance, pharma as a means to increase sales, payors as a means to reduce costs from complications.
Patients (our users) use our platform to learn about their conditions, to live better. Through their use we learn about them, can help them better and our customers can develop better strategies.
