• Serve as the organization-wide firmware expert, guiding Engineering, Production, and Quality teams on real-time embedded systems, motor control algorithms, and safety-critical software.

• Sales Insights & POS Reporting

Own the output and strategic analysis of Retailer Point of Sales (POS) data.
Partner with the Finance/BI team to ensure seamless data ingestion, focusing your efforts on interpreting performance, identifying risks, and highlighting growth opportunities.
Collaborate with BI team to cross-reference market-level data (IRI/Circana) with internal performance to provide a holistic view of the category.
Develop and maintain dashboards that prioritize actionable insights over raw data output.

• Design, build and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines originating from multiple diverse data sources.
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes while ensuring strict adherence to data security and governance standards.

• Define and implement electrical architecture strategy to enable current and future product roadmaps, ensuring performance, safety, reliability, and cost requirements are achieved.
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable engineering plans, driving team alignment and accountability to ensure technical execution directly supports organizational goals.

• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify, design, and deploy scalable business process and governance models.
• Drive execution of strategic workstreams as prioritized by Engineering leadership.

• Define and drive long-term platforming and modularity strategies that maximize component reuse, reduce SKU complexity, and accelerate time-to-market across the global product portfolio.
• Provide high level architectural guidance and system-level specifications to execution teams, ensuring that design decisions align with broader business goals for scalability and manufacturing efficiency.
