Vitalize Care is building AI-enabled software to optimize nurse staffing and scheduling for health systems. Our software uses predictive scheduling to proactively identify staffing gaps and adjust staffing in real time, ultimately reducing labor costs, saving nurse leaders significant time, and improving nurse retention.

In less than a year, we’ve secured *millions* in contracted ARR from several health systems, and have raised $7M in seed funding from top investors including Y Combinator, our health system customers, and healthcare founders and executives at hospitals around the country.
