We combine auto replies, machine learning, natural language processing and artificial intelligence to dramatically reduce costs in answering customers by written channels (for example Facebook Messenger, email and native chats).
With the MVP developed and a pilot ongoing with Lisbon's City Hall, visor.ai aims to reduce about 40% the need of a human agent in the written interactions with the citizens. We have several customers in pipeline.
