Passion is what drives us- We’re passionate about our mission of educating kids through our global classroom. We are enthusiastic about education from the moment we wake up (ok, after our coffee), and we strive to make it fun and accessible for all. While we aren’t technically students, we never stop learning and improving. Our reward is seeing the smiles on the faces of the hundreds of thousands of teachers and students on our platform. They are why we come to work every day. We are an Empowered Global Team- We are a global company with Chinese roots, which gives us a unique insight when it comes to bringing people and cultures together. We bring teachers and employees from around the world together in hopes that each of them brings their own culture to the company, and eventually share it with our students. It’s this global culture that makes us stand out... and thrive no matter our backgrounds or where we are from. Supported by each other, we are united in our efforts to empower one another so all of us can be our best selves as we empower children around the world. We are a dedicated team that also has fun- We provide a cutting-edge education for students and their parents, and we know many teachers rely on VIPKid for financial empowerment. While we take these responsibilities seriously we also believe that working in education should be fun. That could mean we host events for our community of educators, have a team celebration for Chinese New Year, or just enjoy the unlimited La Croix in the office. We are all students because we continue to learn from each other. We are all educators because we continue to teach each other. We take on work and life with a combination of empathy, eccentricity, and zeal which probably makes us the quirky kid in class… but it’s something we are proud of and it’s what keeps us coming to the office every day.
