New Augmented Reality App Spilly Lets You Play Inside Your Favorite Videos
Spilly is an app aimed at teens that lets users step inside any video and play with it using a wide variety of actions like full body costuming and body-changing effects, 3D effects and emoji-hands, celebrity-themed effects, and the ability to take on the role of anybody with the "Imposter" feature. A real-time camera to use these actions on friends or videos in your library is now available to select influencers but will soon be released to the public. Spilly wants to do for video what emojis did to text, to foster a new language of visual expression that lets users engage with content in an entirely new way.
