The Vinny app finally gives the used car buyer an advantage over the dealer when on the lot. By scanning the VIN barcode, Vinny will instantly tell you the dealer cost for that vehicle.

This data was previously available only to the privileged few who are registered car dealers, but Vinny breaks down those barriers and sets the data free.

You also see the average retail price for that car from AutoTrader, cars.com, eBay and also the Book values.
