Our team founded Vilaj because we personally faced the struggles of being Black in corporate America and wanted to build a platform to make the corporate experience of Black employees more equitable and to, ultimately, erase the lack of diversity in the C-suite and beyond. Current diversity commitments do not currently align with the daily lived experiences at work and the race-based traumatic stress that Black employees endure throughout their lives.
