We are still in stealth mode. So, we do not divulge a lot of information on our product or vision. The same is also reflected on our website, which probably gives you a glimpse of about 5% of what we want the product to achieve. But it is a start.

In short, our product is an intelligent command centre to create high performing teams, boost productivity & reduce attrition. At a high level, we are focusing on providing a great UX as well as improving the overall experience of the users so that their frustration levels decrease while doing their jobs. This includes getting to know the psychology and personality of the users.

Any group of people working in a team, within or outside of the professional environment, can use this product. The product is especially focused for small to mid-sized teams as well as MSMEs.

The management team of the company has a lot of experience in multiple geographies:
a. Rohit Nagpal (Director): Has 23+ years of experience in software and high-tech industry. He is a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Kelley School of Business (USA). He has worked in multiple geographies, such as India, Australia, Germany, and USA. Other than working in large organizations such as Accenture, HP Enterprise Services, and HSBC, he has worked in 2 startups (small businesses) too, as part of their management team, before founding this startup.
b. Amit Nagpal (Director): Amit has 26 years of industry experience. He is an engineer by education and is now an entrepreneur. He has worked in multiple geographies, such as India, Australia, Canada, and USA, and managed multi-million-dollar projects. Before turning an entrepreneur, Amit worked in multi-national organizations such as TCS, Wipro, and Sapient.
c. Sawan: He has 16 years of industry experience. He is an engineer by education and has worked in India and Canada.
