People at Vichithram

We have an open-work culture where each individual is honing their skills while also getting a stronger understanding of all different aspects of design applications. Working with diverse teams, expands knowledge about possibilities. Since we work on different projects, it is never a dull moment. Every couple of weeks, we have a new challenge we are solving. We understand that for creative work, new stimulus is key. We spend some time every week watching curated shows. We are constantly looking for recommendations to add to our library. We understand the importance of time with family. We are flexible when it comes to leaves or work-from-home, when that is the only workable option. Since our studio, we collaborate a lot, we would like that the entire crew is in the same place.
