We believe in a culture of infinite responsibility, where everyone is responsible for the success (or failure) of the company, and hence does whatever needs to be done in order to serve the Just Cause (as Simon Sinek calls it in the "Infinite Game"). So designers may have to write code, developers may have to participate in sales and salespersons may have to create content. We are open to remote jobs but prefer to meet often and work together, mostly for building friendships. We are based in Bengaluru (India). And we pay a little less cash and a little more equity because alignment with the vision of the company is the most important quality in a team member for us (although, we do not deviate a lot from market standards).
