VetCloud provides a cloud-based practice and customer management suite that increases the efficiency of everyone in the practice and helps make sense of financial and medical data. VetCloud removes IT maintenance and infrastructure hassles, as well as creating a central platform for the veterinary health ecosystem, bringing together data from the vet, pet owner, animal wearables, and suppliers to maximise animal health and welfare at the individual or aggregate level. VetCloud is Healthkit (Apple's health platform) for animals.

Using VetCloud enables vets to use their data to make business decisions and send relevant content and product recommendations to pet owners. The system can also aggregate data, to provide epidemiological data to governments or pharmacological data to pharmaceutical companies
