At Vervoe our mission is to make hiring about merit, not background. We’re a venture-backed SaaS company with 25 employees, and we’re trusted by some of the world’s market-leading companies to help them make hiring decisions based on who can do the job, not who looks good on paper.

Our skills assessment platform helps candidates for all job types showcase their talent by completing tasks they would normally do on the job. We use proprietary machine learning models to automatically grade candidate responses and rank them based on how well they perform.

Our fearless team is dedicated and collaborative in equal measure. We work hard but flexibly to support our clients and drive product innovation.
