• Foundational Data & Pipeline Ownership: Own and govern the core data layer and automated pipelines powering our planning processes — including item master data, lead times, and purchase orders — as it flows between systems. Build and maintain reliable, reusable datasets to ensure high-integrity data flows and reliable system syncs across product lines, regional warehouses, and external suppliers.

• Own and manage strategic partnerships with global 3PL providers, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics operations across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

• Work cross functionally with Security, IT, Engineering, Product and Legal to provide guidance on security controls implementation including: effectiveness, implementation and automation

Research, build and maintain tooling for testing and continuous monitoring of security controls across multiple platforms including: AWS, Github, etc.

• Evolve the Design System: Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop and scale our centralized, React-based component library, ensuring it remains highly reusable and easy to consume.
• Bridge Design and Engineering: Partner deeply with the Product Design team to translate design visions and Figma tokens into robust, pixel-perfect, and interactive web components.

• Accelerate architectural evolution: Execute and scale our ongoing microfrontend transition across a massive, complex codebase to ensure high modularity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Empower product engineering: Support, collaborate with, and mentor engineers across 8+ distinct product teams, ensuring they have the platform tools needed to move fast and build great user experiences.
