Now, after the COVID-19 pandemic, sustainability has become an issue more than ever, to the point that, companies or sectors that don’t include a sustainability focus in the following years will stop being relevant. More and more people ask for veggie dishes or plastic-free options when dining out, this is due to the awareness of younger generations of the impact of our daily choices on the planet. We know that nowadays you can make an effort to make responsible choices when eating at home, but it becomes more difficult when you want to go out. It requires extensive research to find restaurants that are also working on reducing their environmental impact.
