Venturocket is an exciting new startup in the job space that is NOT a job site or ATS. Instead, we're doing something truly unique that no one else is: We enable job seekers to connect directly with the actual hiring manager or recruiter behind the jobs they're interested in, without all the hassle and frustrations of applications. So we're kind of like Tinder for jobs. Matches between seekers and providers are determined using a unique keyword matching algorithm that prices job seekers' skills based on market competition. We're based in the exciting RocketSpace co-working suites right in the heart of downtown SF at Bush and Pine Streets. Our office is located on the 12th floor of what was once (in the 1920s) the tallest building in SF, and we get to enjoy all day sunlight and fresh air from windows that actually open! Concrete examples of super early stage companies that you PERSONALLY grew from, say, 0 to 50,000+ users or more. How did you do it, how long did it take, etc? 2. What are we missing? 3. "Marketing" is a really nebulous term: what, specifically, have you done; what would you do for us? 4. How many twitter followers / fb likes / blog readers / pinterest followers / youtube subscribers / etc do you have? If not thousands and thousands, why not? 5. What's your knowledge in the HR space? Whom do you know? HR experience? Where would you start? 6. Why VR? What do you think is our purpose? Mission? Goal? Why do we matter? 7. What do you think is our perceived value that VR provides to (a) employers/recruiters and (b) job seekers? 8. What do you think is our customers' perceived value of VR? Is this correct? If not, what should it be? If different to 7
