• Analyze material usage history (turns), lead times and other variables necessary to set appropriate material inventory stocking levels,

• Terminal Operations

Provide strategic marine support to Venture Global, through SME advice, support, and problem-solving based on best practices, reasonable care standards, and due diligence models.
Work with VG LNG terminals on a day-to-day basis, providing SME advice, support and oversight on terminal operations
Work with the Marine Supervisor at each VG terminal to maintain marine operations, minimizing down time and maximizing berth availability
Build on existing marine operations and continue to develop marine terminal operations across Venture Global, streamlining and standardizing operations
Assist in the development and execution of marine terminal contracts, again providing support to the terminal and the vendor.
Develop and implement VG Marines Operations procedures and policies
Work with marine personnel to ensure safe, reliable, cost effective and environmentally responsible cargo transfer operations
Work closely with and support the VG terminal during start-up, preparing them for marine operations and first cargo
Support terminal audits of VG LNG terminals as per OCIMF MTSA guidelines.
Conduct audits of cargo and marine terminal paperwork, highlighting areas for improvement and developing mitigation and training measures where necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with marine vendors, including marine service vendors, line handing vendors etc. involved in and supporting marine operations.
Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to schedule LNG tankers at VG LNG terminals, providing an oversight on marine operations and any work which may impact
Help build a positive safety culture that promotes learning and sharing
Work with Director Marine Operations to ensure completion of tasks related to “Ready for Operations”

• - Provide SME marine support and advice across VG business, developing and building safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective marine operations.

Work with VG terminals on a day-to-day basis, providing support, guidance and oversight. Work with the Marine Supervisor to maintain safe marine terminal operations to manage off-take assurance, minimizing down time and maximizing berth availability.
Build on the existing marine operations across VG, developing business models that streamline and standardize marine terminal operations across the business to maximise returns.
Develop and implement VG Marines Operations procedures and policies.
Work with and support VG to obtain and maintain permits and certification, including dredging permits, USCG inspections, FERC etc.
Develop, evaluate and execute marine terminal contracts. Support other VG stakeholders, providing SME advice and support where required.
Marine SME advisor to the VG project team throughout marine terminal project development, including construction and start-up, ensuring readiness for marine operations to first cargo.
Manage, build and maintain relationships with marine vendors and support services, including marine Pilots, towage, line handing etc. directly involved in supporting VG marine operations.
Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to schedule LNG tankers at VG LNG terminals, providing oversight on marine operations and any terminal activity which may impact terminal operations.

• Review ITP for approval
• Report on workmanship and implementation of Pre-Treatment quality program

• Lead a Safe work culture.
• Provide analysis to project teams and operating plants by providing communication, coordination and follow-up to meet project goals and objectives.

• Work with Project Team supporting the tracking and execution of EWPs and PWPs
• Provide oversight of the contractor’s WFPs (Work Face Planners) and/or contractors, support and develop Field Installation Work Packages (FIWP).

• Oversight of contractor Processes and Procedures for all Planning and Scheduling to ensure compliance with Project expectations.
• Contribute to reviews of Contractor execution plans & schedules.

• Assist in developing and maintaining the budgeting process, implementing new systems and analytical tools
• Provide finance support, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances for the functional leaders to assist them with cost management

• Provide pipeline instrumentation, controls and electrical (I-C-E) subject matter guidance for Pipeline Operations field team as required.
• Provide field troubleshooting support for pipeline I-C-E equipment.

• Assist in Middle Office end of day procedures including, reviewing daily reports, daily trades, resolving any discrepancies.
• Assist in confirming transactions with third parties for natural gas

• Support the consolidations and intercompany accounting processes, including eliminations, reconciliations, billings, and settlements across a large group of affiliate entities.
• Review and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with intercompany agreements and accounting standards.

• Execute domestic and international daily cash management and banking duties, including execution of wire and ACH transfers, cash positioning, payment issue resolution and banking platform management
• Prepare the daily cash position in the Treasury Management System (TMS), advise internally on short-term cash management and coordinate the daily cash flow and funding needs

• Continuously improve the FIS Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) to ensure it is being utilized as effectively and efficiently as possible
• Monitor and improve the stability of data connections between various systems including bank portals, TMS, Power BI, and SAP

• Execute domestic and international daily cash management and banking duties, including execution of wire and ACH transfers, cash positioning, payment issue resolution and banking platform management
• Prepare the daily cash position in the Treasury Management System (TMS), advise internally on short-term cash management and coordinate the daily cash flow and funding needs

• Ensure accurate measurement:

All meters are calibrated and inspected on a regular basis.
All measurements are healthy and operate within design range and uncertainty.
Ensure that the meters operational and maintenance procedures are documented and fit for purpose.
Ensure that measurement Instrumentation is working correctly and accuracy. This would include but not limited to sensors, transmitters, control valves, actuators, displays and indicators, data acquisition and recording systems:
Ensure maximum Reliability of the metering and measurements system.

• Work with the Network team, architects and other departments on design and deployment of functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install network firewalls, switches, WAP’s and other network devices

• Assist in developing and maintaining the budgeting process, implementing new systems and analytical tools
• Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators and business drivers including ongoing reporting and monitoring

• Manage a team of Sourcing Specialists who are responsible for supporting the day-to-day procurement of specific departmental categories.
• Participate in rigorous and critical contract negotiations with key internal stakeholders including, Legal, Finance and Projects.

• Contribute to the overall leadership and commitment to OFE contract management performance.
• Participate and lead certain contractual negotiations with key internal stakeholders.

• Optimizes the availability and reliability of the power island.
• Checks that annual, quarterly, and monthly performance matches the agreed program.
