Culture overview

We are a remote company, with the founding team based in New York City and our technical team largely in Argentina, and while we're flexible around working hours our key meetings and stand-ups are generally during US EST. That said, we have a team member who's often based in a camping trailer somewhere in the woods of New England working via satellite internet, and we've had team members as far as the Philippines and Ukraine so we truly embrace remote. Being remote doesn't mean feeling remote, and we pride ourselves on having a familial team - the founders are brothers-in-law, so we really mean it! We prioritize celebrating each other and maintaining work-life balance despite ambitious goals and a deep commitment to meeting them. We strive to achieve this by fostering a space for honest and frequent communication between team members. Our main tools for communication and collaboration are Slack (our primary communication and collaboration tool), Shortcut (project management, and we use Agile methodology structured as Epics, Sprints, and Stories), Notion (onboarding and knowledge base), HubSpot (marketing and CRM), Google Workspace, and GitHub.
