VaultRock Capital is building new institutional financing infrastructure for established businesses in emerging markets.

Across emerging markets, successful, revenue-generating companies often struggle to access the institutional capital they need to grow. Traditional financing channels can be restrictive, fragmented or poorly suited to their requirements.

We believe there is a significant opportunity to change that.

VaultRock is developing an independent structured-finance FinTech platform designed to connect established businesses with global institutional capital through a scalable financing infrastructure.

**Starting in Peru. Built for global scale.**

Our initial focus is Peru, particularly mining, mining services, agriculture and export-oriented businesses. Our longer-term ambition is to expand across 11 markets in Latin America and Africa.

**Where we are today**

We are a pre-Seed, pre-revenue venture currently operating in stealth mode as we prepare for our initial market launch.

We have already:

- Assembled a nine-person international executive team, averaging close to 20 years of professional experience, including senior leaders from major US and European financial institutions.
- Developed our core financial, legal, compliance and technology architecture.
- Established an initial pipeline of prospective Peruvian businesses.
- Secured two signed Operator Letters of Intent.
- Progressed towards our first live MVP financing transaction.
