This individual will be assigned two “future” business opportunities that the Strategic Growth team has pre-determined, developing a business plan that includes a “current-state analysis” with an associated implementation plan.
As part of the strategic growth team, you’ll be an integral part of the day-to-day operations, assisting both the Director and Senior Vice President in operational tasks that are assigned to you.

• Collaborating in the creation of 2D & 3D Rendering of initial concept ideas
• Collaborating in the creation of Bid Sets for Estimating Costs (For Construction cost & Sales Cost)

• Direct all construction activities to meet annual sales and construction settlement goals
• Continually review all construction schedules, checklists, and supporting documentation

• Review construction plans during design process and provide feedback on layout, constructability, and cost effectiveness
• Manage site contractors and consultants to complete site work according to the approved construction plans and best land development practices

• Drive a truck rated over 26,001 lb.
• Operate a dump or flat bed with the possibility of an attached forklift.

• Completing and reviewing overlot grading plans, wall checks, and cut sheets.
• Reviewing county infrastructure plans for development.

• Responsible for preparation of detailed market analysis reports and detailed land transaction financial analysis for properties under consideration for purchase
• Research and analyze industry news, real estate trends, market data, and competitors to identify areas of opportunity, evaluate new deals within context, and provide recommendations on acquisition strategy
