Hi, I’m Cole Driscoll, the Co-Founder of Valley. I spent 5 years at Amazon as a software engineer, where I played a hands-on role in developing multiple internal web apps. In true Valley style, I dive into every aspect of the business—from building our platform and engaging with potential users to crafting strategic business documents and everything in between. I believe that this hands-on, multifaceted approach is what drives innovation and shapes a dynamic team culture. I’m passionate about creating an environment where every voice is heard and every challenge is met with creativity and resourcefulness.
