HPE (High-Performance Product Evolution) assists clients to gain clarity, identify what needs to be done, optimize their 5 Pillars (Product, Team, Process, Market Feedback System, and Purpose), and find ways to constantly improve. PBS (Product Blueprint Sprint) on the other hand is currently composed of 2 Phases that offer different outcomes: Phase 1 helps clients unpack and understand further what they are building, why they are building it, and overall laying the foundations of their product while Phase 2 generally provides user journey diagrams and UI mock-ups to the client.
