Zailairen Valeon is a Beijing based startup. We solve problems in the Chinese education sector. Our vision is to transform the Chinese education sector with industry-leading products and become the leading partner of choice for all students, parents and teachers – from when a child yet to be born, to when an adult is seeking further education. Our team comprise a mix of smart and hungry ‘outsiders’ and industry-leading ‘insiders’: talent from Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Oxford (50+ Rhodes Scholars, including one as Cofounder), Harvard; ex-senior executives at largest Chinese education institutions with experience leading teams of several hundred staff, leading expansion of 50+ branch companies across China, industry top 3 marketing executive, etc. Our fast expanding team is close to 100 staff in Beijing and 500 globally. Our investors include the former global Chairman of McKinsey, global Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and two Chinese billionaires. We are well funded for aggressive expansion with two rounds of external funding raised and strong sales revenues.
