We pay fair and are happy to share how we think about total compensation early on. Beyond base compensation, we provide options and make sure people have plenty of leave to avoid burnout. We pay for your computer and home office set up as well as any on-the-job learning resources. Currently we are a hybrid team spanning multiple time zones, regions and countries. Our Business Team is fairly centralized in EST (Ontario) and we do our best to come together in-person where possible and co-work for a few days. We really believe in in-person connection and collaboration so we are working toward a permanently hybrid model.
