Indigo is an early stage innovative real estate software company building the point of sale and intelligence platform for buying and selling homes. We’re built by second-time founders whose prior company transacted billions worth of homes. At Indigo, we have pre-built proprietary systems and AI models that scale to real estate contracts across all 50 states.

Some things we believe:

• Small, great teams dramatically outperform large, okay teams because the difference between good and great is amplified in software development, and coordination is costly.

• Building something you’re proud of is intensely motivating, so quality is a virtuous cycle. This is why we care deeply about building well designed and crafted software, regardless of the average quality of software in real estate.

• The broader your skillset, the more impact you can have at an early stage. That applies to engineers being full-stack beyond just a web stack (e.g. data, dev ops), learning new areas such as AI/LLMs/RAG, as well as skills outside of engineering such as product design or business and product sense.

• We work hard because we’re early-stage, building something huge, and love our work, but most of our team also have families so flexibility and covering for each other is what enables us to maintain our velocity long term
