Upper90 provides non-dilutive capital to innovative companies that can demonstrate predictable future revenue or collateral growth. We typically start with a $2-$10M credit facility with the ability to scale to $25-$50M+ for Seed to Series B businesses.

Upper90 launched in June 2018 with ~$300M total AUM. Our LPs are leading entrepreneurs across technology, real estate and finance and enable us to identify and underwrite opportunities quickly, often as a flexible alternative to equity.
