• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test frontend features and applications using Typescript and React
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test backend features and systems using Python and Django

• Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Create and edit content for our website, including landing pages, product descriptions, and blog posts.

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain our website and other web properties using Wordpress and/or Webflow
• Work with other teams to integrate website and web properties with backend systems and APIs

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation schedules, sending out welcome emails, and organizing onboarding materials.
• Support in the creation and management of employee onboarding documentation, ensuring all required forms and documents are completed accurately and timely.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing and organizing new hire documentation, and assisting with orientation programs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations programs and initiatives.
• Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
