Unnatural Products (UNP) is a drug discovery engine focused on a promising class of molecules called macrocycles. We leverage computational design algorithms with our directed, parallel synthesis platform to allow for the creation of first in class molecules for discovery efforts. This unique marriage of computational tools and data driven, empirical discovery will allow UNP to access chemistries and discovery strategies inaccessible to other platforms in the space. UNP allows access to our platform to generate revenue from strategic partnerships while we pursue internal discovery efforts against a variety of carefully chosen indications using modern phenotypic screening methodologies.
