Finance & Accounting (F&A) is a headache for most large enterprises. At Startups and SMB's, critical Management bandwidth is wasted on F&A matters due to unavailability of good quality talent with expertise in F&A. We are building a software plus services solution to own and deliver the F&A function at our clients - so management bandwidth can be freed up to focus on core business. Software for Finance & Accounting has historically been a silo - used by a small team due to the deep knowledge required to use the software (understanding of debit / credit and tax knowledge). All financial information has to necessarily be routed through this team creating a bottleneck and resulting in backlogs, delays and inevitably errors and poor state of books. We are building accounting software that is more collaborative by building simple user interfaces that require no knowledge of accounting or tax concepts - so any user across departments can upload financial information. Unmaze is built on a upload-approve-record protocol - so all information goes through an approval process before being recorded - strengthening internal controls and allowing collaboration with non-finance teams We are not an only-software company. Our trained delivery team (made of Chartered Accountants and Management Accountants) also provide expert oversight over the F&A function - so our clients have both the tools and the support required to solve their F&A problems
