Culture and benefits at Universal Quantum

Culture overview

Flexible working: We know real flexibility means appreciating a range of different circumstances. Wherever possible, we give you the autonomy to work in a way that works for you. You can block out personal or family time, finish early, work from home (or sometimes abroad), work shifted or compressed hours. Our culture is built on trust, allowing you to do what you need to maintain the right balance between your home and work commitments. Unlimited holiday allowance: It’s up to you to decide how much time you want to take off, in line with your work. Everyone has 28 paid leave days plus public holidays in their contract which should be treated as a minimum - we won't track how many extra you take beyond that. Parental support: We care immensely about supporting our team, in all unique family circumstances. Our parental support policy is designed to empower new parents to take the time they need and to come back at a pace that works for them and their families. Primary carers are entitled to six months of fully paid leave, with additional paid leave two weeks before the planned arrival date (and extended until the actual arrival date). We offer flexible unpaid leave and return to work options, including full-time pay for working three days per week in your first 8 weeks back. Secondary carers are offered six weeks’ fully paid leave, with an additional week's paid leave before the planned arrival date (and extended until the actual arrival date). Upon return, for 8 weeks you can work just three days per week for full-time pay. We also provide a childcare allowance to employees with nursery-age children, based on salary. 10% matching pension Private Health and Dental insurance Stock Options We are committed to nurturing diversity and inclusion
