"Unius" - e-learning platform introducing a smarter approach to hire and train talent

We aim to transform those boring pen & paper training seminars through our online corporate training platform, encourage greater interaction between trainees and the coach via our built-in social network and provide progression and assessment tools to measure training results and see exactly how this brings value to the company.

In the last 12 months we have self-raised £135,000 to build and finish our product, achieved £75,000 in sales and a 2/5 win ration in B2B tenders. Over 7,000 people at Yellow Pages, Coillte, Janus and Electronmash are already using our platform to train their staff. Over the summer we have taken part in 16 tenders worth £3.8m, significantly improving the quality of our responses, currently waiting for decisions or taking part in Stage 2.
