Based on the information our registered applicants submit on their one-time application, UnitesUs instantaneously calculates how precise & qualified of a match an applicant is with any employer based on their personality, qualifications & company cultural fit. Our system then grades and lists the applicants in front of all the employers they are qualified to work for, across all industries. An employer then simply requests an interview with an applicant.
