Lyceum careers
Lyceum flips the education economics status quo on its head by allowing students to earn money to learn relevant skills, and saving thousands in recruiting costs for businesses. Using Ethereum, there will be no centralized gatekeeper and no credential to say you finished. At the end of each job track, students will have completed real work for a real organization, and made money doing so.
Our platform is unique in a few ways:
1) Proof-of-learning. We have a protocol which can confirm that a student has demonstrated mastery in a given topic, using a combination of peer evaluation and computational sign-off.
2) Incentivization. The Lyceum Incentive Layer intelligently disperses funds to students to reward mastery-based learning and keep students progressing in their track. This hybrid smart contract system efficiently manages the invested funds.
3) Decentralized. There is no middle-man on Lyceum. Organizations with knowledge deficiencies can connect directly to students.
