Una careers

Una is a platform designed to help students improve their wellbeing by using Behavioral Activation. It breaks tasks into three categories: Necessary, Routine, and Pleasurable to create a balanced life. Una remembers task ratings and routines to help students stay active and prevent mental health problems. Una also reminds students to stay in touch with friends and form small social groups to reduce loneliness. Students can share planned activities with selected friends for motivation, and Una prompts a student's buddy to get in touch during a low patch. Una maps students' activities and mood onto a calendar to increase general wellbeing and help them learn what works for them. If needed, Una offers a referral pathway to the university's wellbeing hub for further support.
