Ugrow is an online learning platform providing professional development certificates in niche, trending, and developing fields to address labour market needs. UGrow will be a middleman for universities/ colleges to outsource the resources required to provide post-graduate certificates.

The target market for UGrow are young professionals between the ages of 24 and 35 years old who want to advance their career, yet do not have the time to attend in-person weekly classes. This target market seeks a certificate program that can fit into their day-to-day schedule. UGrow provides flexibility to its users by providing pre-recorded courses that students can watch during their own time. College and university courses often use complex language, lack guidance and use daunting assessments this can be a barrier for students who’s first language is not English. UGrow will strive to eliminate barriers to career advancement by designing courses which are user-friendly.
