● Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our Customer.
● Walk Customer through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Our platform
● Deliver info sessions to group of new Customer to set them ready to properly use the app
● Help existing Customer troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment)
● Stay on top of new company policies, procedures, and programs that affect our Customer.
● Contribute with valuable insights from the business to improve the Customer experience through the Operations Team
