The Tyme Wear smart shirt measures athletes fitness level and guides their workout intensity and training load from an easy to use app. By using Tyme Wear, athletes can get lab-quality insights into their fitness level, and guide workouts to reach their goals, ensuring that they don't over- or undertrain. The smart shirt has built-in sensors that measure breathing and biomechanics. Breathing is used to determine the wearers Aerobic & Anaerobic Thresholds and VO2max, as well as assess the metabolic load of any activity. Biomechanics are tracked from the movement of the wearers center of mass to assess biomechanics load of any activity, and give feedback on form and posture.
