• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Work with the Technical Project Managers to understand customer requirements prior to and during the development process
• Deploy software and work directly with customers and 3rd parties on testing and gathering feedback throughout the deployment phase

• Administer Linux servers and operating systems across development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.

• Work with functional departments and key project stakeholders to identify new IT and payment projects and enhancements to existing IT and payments projects
• Manage multiple activities for the large enterprise wide projects without missing critical deadlines

• Consult with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and integration requirements.
• Translate client needs into scalable API and system-integration solutions.

• Define and guide architectural strategy for Enforcement Mobile as the platform evolves toward cloud-native, event-driven architecture.
• Partner with engineering managers, product leaders, and senior engineers to align technical decisions with customer needs and business priorities.

• Project Planning Activities

Conduct internal project transitions using provided meeting templates
Manage add-on projects for existing clients
Can manage project off-boarding which includes:

Modification of existing project plans
Outlining the remaining scope, schedule, and budget of the project, as well as each party's responsibilities and mutual commitment to contribute adequate resources to follow the plan with assistance.
Ensure that resources are scheduled and monitor progress to ensure compliance with the project plan, immediately notifying affected parties of any schedule changes
Use departmental sites/calendars/systems to publish a summary of key dates and issues to all Tyler employees involved in the project, such as development, implementation, support, and other project managers.
Obtain regular feedback from clients regarding project status and quality of service and take immediate corrective action as required.
Follow provided direction to resolve roadblocks, such as hardware, software, or networking incompatibilities and unresponsive third-party vendors or clients.
Communicate completion of milestones to clients and secure formal acceptance from them.
Upon project completion conduct meetings with clients, using provided meeting templates, to ensure a smooth transition of services from implementation to support.

• Responsible for employee-level financial plans that support the business, including Headcount and personnel expense modeling.
• May be involved in scenario planning, which includes scenario modeling and forecasting for staffing changes, growth plans, organizational redesign, and hiring timing

• Develop and maintain features for Corrections Solutions products with a focus on security, performance, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.
