This is a startup which has been in stealth mode for the last year or so. Now, we are at a place where we have built the foundation and now want to scale fast. We have just established a Singapore entity and will start re branding everywhere soon. A superstar team with 4 founders. The CEO Debi is super connected, The other 3 founders are all from IITs. Kunal Kashyap who heads all the analytics and is probably one of the top 10 people in India in terms of deep analytics and data science expertise in India right now. Similarly, Rajat who heads their tech has 6 patents in his name and is a solid tech guy and Abhilash, who also comes from Capital One is a jack of all trades. He codes, he can hire, do operations, sales and product, basically whatever needs getting done. In the meantime, we also want to make sure we have a good culture and want to hire people who are humble and want to learn. We have no problem teaching and investing time in people to develop them . We want people who will come for the learning and experience not just for money. Any of the people who will get selected here will certainly learn a LOT and will be on their way to build a fantastic career. There is also the opportunity to relocate to Singapore in the next 6 months to a year and to Australia within 2 years.
