Tunnel X careers

The channels we use for online communication are compromised. Free email accounts are scanned for ads. Email inboxes sit exposed on our screens at work. Texts pop up on our phones or when we've lent our roommates our iPads.

Everyone needs a private conversation from time to time. Tunnel X enables us to converse online away from the eyes of governments, companies, colleagues, roommates, and family members.

Tunnel X is a Web and mobile-based (iOS/Android) platform for private conversation. Two people converse in writing, as in email or SMS.

We encrypt messages in 256-bit AES/TwoFish/Serpent. We don’t have your encryption key. Authentication is by a user image and PIN (not user/pass). Leave the window open, we'll close it for you.

For now, Tunnel X is free. Revenue will come from small monthly subscription fees. We will charge for additional features such as more storage and authentication. We are building enterprise versions for verticals such as therapists, on a subscription model.
