Harbormaster will allow YourCase and Mr. Reset to offer human-like consumer experiences that feature dynamic web workflows and interrelated business processes initiated by user actions and system generated events. Harbormaster excels at executing parallel activities and processes that branch, loop and merge and utilizes several proprietary and leading third-party applications. Each of Harbormaster’s components are easily pluggable and persist each user actions and system generated events to a single data entity. This allows for advanced analytics and rapid improvement. Harbormaster can be configured to support an unlimited number of businesses and UX regimes.

YourCase will change how consumers and plaintiff attorneys find each other. YourCase’s technology and program structure, thoughtfully addresses regulatory and market concerns that have historically prevented a national consumer-facing legal brand from emerging. YourCase will improve law firm marketing spend yields by making it easier for consumers to connect with the attorney they need through an accessible, confidential and convenient digital experience.

Mr. Reset will provide financially distressed consumers the opportunity to learn about and qualify for consumer debt resolution services online through a series of confidential consumer-directed workflows. This will disrupt the debt resolution industry’s outdated phone-centric customer recruitment, qualification and onboarding processes. Mr. Reset will provide consumers a FinTech platform that does more than help them pick their next loan or credit card.
