• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer requirements clarity and decomposition to other engineering disciplines

• Assist HR leadership in coordinating the people-related due diligence process, including tracking open requests, organizing documentation, and monitoring completion against deal timelines.
• Help compile and maintain HR due diligence data packages, including workforce demographics, headcount and compensation summaries, benefits plan overviews, organizational charts, and HR policy inventories.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• The candidate would have preferred experience in primary Radar (or secondary Surveillance) systems to support a team of various engineering disciplines in the definition, design and test of complex radar systems. Position would include some of the following tasks:

Support the systems life cycle design and compliance with the technical requirements of the project
System requirements decomposition, derivation and allocation to the individual engineering disciplines
System design and interface documentation development
Support/lead staff design reviews ensuring that disciplines comply with system requirements
Customer Interface and Interaction through Technical Interchange Meetings, Design Reviews, Training Sessions and Verification events
