TSV Analytics is revolutionizing how social media management gets done. Similar to how search engines saw a shift to focus entirely on SEO (search engine optimization), our TSV team is shifting social media to focus on SFO (social feed optimization). With young people heading to TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms to search before going to Google, we're working with brands that want to show up where this new audience is scrolling. TSV Analytics originated as a research project at North Carolina State University working with Sherwin-Williams, Valspar, Dupont, and other paint + chemical companies to predict and prevent the next "BPA baby bottle crisis". This is where co-founders Trevor and Aidan developed the TSV process: Topic, Sentiment, and Virality Analytics to immediately understand a social conversation and know what to do with the actionable insights behind that conversation.
