TryShifu is a realtime predictive human resource analytics SaaS tool which tell you total productivity of organization, top performer scores, employee referrals, forecasts churn rates and predicts management opportunities and problems. It achieves the by simulating the real world social graph in Neo4j. The graph is analysed by Big Data graph algorithms to generate an intelligent predictive model.

We are after workforce analytics market which estimated to reach 860.4 Million by 2020.

TryShifu’s technology is very similar to Glassdoor. Glassdoor uses Neo4j to store more than 70% of facebook's sociogram - to predict friendly ties between people. We use this basic principle and add analytics on top of that.
