We have humanized and gamified the purpose discovery process for both company and worker using technology. Our SaaS platform includes on-demand videos, self-guided exercises, and behavioral assessments to build a purpose-centered culture.
Our Mission:
Go Beyond ™ is talent development company and software platform built for the future of work. We create and distribute scalable, science-based tools and content to help leaders cultivate a culture of purpose that attracts and engages the right people to grow their business.
The science behind our platform is based on Maslow’s revised six-level hierarchy, recent neuroscience research on eudaimonic decision-making, and a behavioral assessment identifying individual’s behavioral changes as stress rises.
Our proprietary process was “uncovered” by our Founder, Greg Sloan, during his twenty-five year career as a Personal CFO to Fortune 500 Executives, Entrepreneurs, and fellow Founders.
