Our vision at TrustIn is to build a safe, more equitable world with reimagined sexual and psychological power dynamics. We believe that providing survivors a voice, and empowering them to seek justice, are the most meaningful ways to achieve this. We’re working on a tech platform where survivors of workplace misconduct can safely record, share, and escalate their experiences. We want to act as a reliable third party verification for invisible cultural indicators, while facilitating efficient internal committees. Now that the MeToo India movement is in full strength, the time is right for such a solution. Eventually, this platform will have use cases for addressing other related issues. We are seeking a technical cofounder to lead the design and execution of this unique, contextual, groundbreaking product. This role will be on a full time basis, based out of Bangalore. A little about the team: TrustIn was cofounded by Meghana Srinivas and Akhil Naru, who are united in their commitment to do whatever it takes, for as long as it takes, to enable safety and inclusivity for all. Between us, we have more than a decade of experience managing programs, people, and products, with domains spanning education, healthcare, and VC investment. Our advisory board includes a passionate group of allies, advocates, technologists and experts across HR, law, and policy.
